1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Passmore Automotive (“we”, “us”, “our”). This includes mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, tyre services, battery replacement, suspension and braking work, and RAC Roadside Assistance.
By booking a service, authorising repairs, using our workshop, or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide a full range of automotive services, including but not limited to:
General mechanical repairs
Logbook and manufacturer’s handbook servicing
Tyres, balancing and alignment
Diagnostics and fault finding
Battery testing and replacement
Cooling system servicing
Brake, suspension and drivetrain repairs
RAC Roadside Assistance (for RAC members)
All work is carried out by qualified technicians at our Busselton workshop.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information available at the time.
If additional parts or labour are required, we will contact you prior to proceeding.
All pricing includes GST unless stated otherwise.
Quotes may vary depending on parts availability or unexpected vehicle conditions.
4. Authorisation to Proceed
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorise:
Inspection, diagnostics and test driving
Repairs as approved via phone, SMS or written communication
Moving or towing the vehicle where necessary
No additional work will be carried out without your approval.
5. Parts & Warranties
We use high-quality new or reconditioned parts.
Parts come with manufacturer or supplier warranties.
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000km, whichever occurs first.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage or unrelated failures.
6. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles must be collected in a reasonable timeframe after completion.
A storage fee may apply after 3 business days, unless otherwise arranged.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of collecting the vehicle.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
Vehicles may not be released until payment has been received in full.
8. Roadside Assistance
For RAC callouts:
Services are provided according to RAC member entitlements.
Response times may vary based on location, traffic and call volume.
Third-party limitations or delays are not the responsibility of Passmore Automotive.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about your vehicle
Removing personal belongings before leaving your vehicle
Ensuring your vehicle is safe to work on
We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the cost of the service
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss
Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded
11. Website Use
This website provides general information only.
You must not:
Copy or reproduce material without consent
Use the site for unlawful purposes
Interfere with website security or functionality
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
